I personally always remove the app using PSVita's Content Manager, then install the new VPK.

You must reinstall the updated vpk file.simando wrote:Sorry for the stupid question, but how do you 'update' to the newest version, do you just replace the Pak file, or do you have to remove everything including uninstall the bubble?

Weird, I installed everything fine, but on startup, the character just keeps spinning. I can't move or do anything. Bad download? Bad install? Anyone else see this?

Retrotouch activated in the options ?ldeveraux wrote:Weird, I installed everything fine, but on startup, the character just keeps spinning. I can't move or do anything. Bad download? Bad install? Anyone else see this?

Hey Rinne, I'm currently enjoying you port of Quake on my Vita. Its a great distraction on business trips.
Clearly you are doing this for free, which I appreciate, but I have 3 specific concerns:
1) It doesn't seem like this port has proper "square pixels", atleast what I can tell from: https://www.quaddicted.com/engines/software_vs_glquake
2) Vsync/FPS cap, as PSP Quake did, for a smooth 30fps.
3) "Depth of Field" is misleading, perhaps its better off just calling it something like "Texture Quality" or "Mipmaps"?

I know that this the vitaquake thread, but I don't know where else to ask this question. Is there any way to use the back touchpad for the l2 and r2 buttons as well as the l3 and r4 thumbclicks? I know that the ps4 share app does this, but im not sure if anybody has found out how sony did that yet.

Hi. Question about the sound files.
In readme it says /sound/cdtracks
in OP it says extract in data/quake/cdtracks
but the zip extracts in a map Quake (id1)...
Soo.. do we need that Quake (id1) map?
What is the exact map the ACTUAL .ogg files need to be in? and the whole path would be nice. thanks
