For example from memory card?

In this case it would be possible to trigger exploit offline...

iirc, it's not possible to send anything other than the files that CMA (or OpenCMA) supports. This also includes HTML files.

With henkaku you can place any files anywhere. So, there is no problem to put html and js files on PSVita.
The question is: is it possible to open these files locally in PSVita browser? If yes, how to write the path in browser?
