Just thought I let everyone knows in case they are afraid to experiment that you can add the whitelist to your PSTV/Vita TV on the latest firmware with HENkaku.

Just ignore the email parts in this guide and replace it with copy from Filezilla to your PC and then copy it back once you edited it.

I tested this with Hyperdimension Neptune Rebirth 1 and it works when it previously didn't.

Don't forget it has to be done after every reboot.
