The only practical advice is to reboot, make sure you don't have any other apps open or other windows open in the Browser, and keep trying. If it fails after a few times, reboot and try again, etc, until the exploit finally takes. Lots of PSP HENs were this way (e.g. ChickHEN), so if you've ever used those then you know the drill.

Re: C2-12828-1 Henkaku Error
The exploit appears to be a bit fussy still and is crashing if it can't find the right memory address to continue. At least in this state it's going to be semi-random if the exploit works on any given attempt.

The solution is just keep trying, theres no magic solution for this error, maybe a time out, DONT get panic and don't format or factory reset! I'm gone try to take a packed capture in my router to take a look and confirm the time out theory

Re: C2-12828-1 Henkaku Error
Seconded. I installed this on my PSTV after only one fail message but my Vita 2000 series took at least 10-15 reboots to finally work. I was going through the list of different possible reasons, I have the Dragon Quest Vita so maybe it has something to do with a Japanese Vita, I also have a 64GB memory card which is almost full. But no, the issue is either that exploit is a tad bit finicky or, as others have mentioned, everyone and their mother are on the site all at once.h4x0rgt wrote:The solution is just keep trying, theres no magic solution for this error, maybe a time out, DONT get panic and don't format or factory reset! If you get the message, keep trying. Hit ok, try again, get the message again, completely reboot. Eventually it will work, wither it takes one try or 100 it will eventually work.

I've literally been trying all day, at least 200 attempts. XD
No luck at all here.

I had the same problem.
Rebooted the device once, and it didn't work.
It works after turned off wifi and then turn back on. Maybe just luck?
Now I can see molecularShell.
Good luck!!
