Any way of installing normal old PSM apps?

So theres a useful app that works but by originally porting thru the psm utility and psm studio. The app is a remote desktop client for the vita.

This method wouldnt work since PSM Dev was shutdown, but i guess its not impossible to run it. Any one has a method on how could i get the app running?
