The problem is that the PS Vita can only run only one application at a time (except for some apps like Email, Skype, ... but PSP apps or PSM Dev Assistant are not one of them). So, it's impossible to start the your VitaDefiler server on ePSP then start PSM Dev Assistant (it would ask you to close your ePSP). I am not even sure that the PS Vita protocol would support a "localhost" proxy (which would be the only way that both applications could communicate).
The best think you could get would be, if you have 2 PS Vita and a router, one PS Vita could start VitaDefiler server on ePSP and the other could start VitaDefilerClient and connect to the first one through the router. I think with all those conditions, AndroidDefiler is a simplier way
