VitaScreenFlasher - fixes stuck pixels via PSTV & Vita 2k

I created this little thing the other day to fix some stuck pixels on a LCD TV. Today, I stuck an epilepsy warning on it for obvious reasons, and put it up on GitHub

Correct me if I'm wrong, but afaik Vita 1k OLED screen doesn't get stuck pixels, so this is only for running on PSTV or Vita 2k. I'm assuming that with the 2k being LCD, pixels can get stuck too, but I have no idea.
