PS Vita 3.36 question

Hello everyone, please forgive me if I have posted in the wrong place.

I have a Vita on 3.36 and I have installed PSM Dev for Unity and I think Rejuvenate too. How will I know if I have installed Rejuvenate and what is it's main purpose?

What are the pros and cons of updating to 3.55 as I miss playing PS4 games using my Vita as a second screen. I also wondered if it is possible for me to create custom bubbles on my Vita. I only have 1 Vita so is this possible?
