question about rejuvenate

its my idea or rejuvenate is only a super user mode inside the psp emulator on the vita (because the limitations it has like the frequency clock)?.
i'm not really clear about what's rejuvenate, because is not a kernel exploit and has the same limitations of a psp.

It does not have the same limitations as the PSP..... Its limited, but not THAT limited...
