Thanks for your effort. After changing keys (device id 01234567890123456), re-preparing rejuvenate 0.3.4, reinstalling VitaDefilerClient from you 0.3.4 beta archive for unity 1.06...
I'm still getting error 80251002 on pstv 3.36...
Only thing I haven't tried yet is uninstalling psm dev assistant for unity 1.06 and reinstalling it.
Will try that much later. I have to finish my game for revitalize competition on my vita 3.18

I noticed that open qcma says the unity tv saved game size is 433kb on pc side and once installed on pstv it shows only 64kb.

Yeah, it copies the files in the savedata to cache0. Every time you try this, you must copy the savedata again.

of course keep 3.51 on pstv as long as you can, rejuvenate hack is wonderful, just need patience to find what s wrong
i guess can redo multiple attempts with different memory cards
since i have a vita 3.18 that works, i will postpone such tests later

i ve read somewhere it might be important to NOT launch psm dev assistant for unity before opening attachments and that a fix would be to format memory card
i m not ready to try this yet

i find strange that any device id works, there might be something fishing there. i tried my vita device if but it changed nothing. something is missing , maybe some files. someone will figure it out someday
I followed every step in your tut but I have the same message: "Developers license could not be confirmed"
I also tried SMOKEs tut from beginning to end. It still doesn't work :(

I am not an idiot, I work for IT-Companies. I know all basics about network-communication and hacking.
I am pretty sure Im doing everything right. I configured charles for proxying and have a own mailserver with postfix+courier (which doesnt work with the hacks cause the path-names and some foreign chars are manipulated after sending to postfix)

What can I do? What's the problem?
Using Thunderbird in combination with a gmail-account.
Im trying to install Unity from scratch. Maybe this will work out.

If it says dev licence could not be confirmed, just be sure to have vita blocker 1.2 active and your internet connection (either lan or wifi) using the proxy details displayed by vita blocker
shutdown pstv, restart it
click the 4+2 attachments of the 2 emails (dont click ok when it says image cannot be displayed, instead kill mail reader app by pressing ps button then circle button long time) sent by wololo/talk/psmplus (try device id 01234567890123456)
start psm dev for assistant (now it should say no contents is installed, or if smoke hack worked it should show 0000 at top and vitadefilerclient just below it)

edit : you should edit eml files with notepad. if you see strange things like empty lines between each lines of the uuencoded payload you will have to remove them manually. some isp just mess up the contents of these eml.

I can't use PSVita update blocker because its not compatible with PSTV. It just drops the traffic sent from the PSTV and does not forward it. It works with a PSVita, though. Of course they are both in the same subnet.
Thats why I use charles with custom redirection-rules.

I did your step a dozen times already. But it doesn't change anything. Still "Dev License could not be approved"

EDIT: Ok I did everything from scratch. Formatted both internal storage and the psv-card. Rebuild the database and made the eml-trick with the download and the manipulated savegame, so it installs the unity app again. I updated it to 1.06. Worked first try.
Then I did the steps for PSM+ with the fake device-key. I got the two mails with the 4+2 Attachments and installed them (open them, closed mail etc., did it for each file). After that I open the Unity App, and it shows either "Please update the application" with the yellow update-symbol for game-updates or "network error", depending on whether I forward internet-traffic or not with my proxy. Then it shows only "PSM Developer's license could not be confirmed."
After that I did SMOKEs Tutorial on page on even with the reset.eml. Same problem.

What did I wrong?

That vita blocker 1.2 works fine with pstv 3.36, at least.

For the game update to work, for sure, you need to stop using it as a proxy, but only for the short time you do the game update for smoke hack.

my other vita 3.51 worked fine with vita blocker 1.2 too. but never tried a pstv 3.51

the link you gave is good i checked the binary there.
when you launch vita blocker 1.2 on win7, after a few seconds it should ask you if you allow it to access internet
if you missed that, just move it to another directory and retry

for the transfert of savedata with open qcma, i know the content manager checks if new fw update exists
and at that moment you see in vita blocker 1.2 that it spoofs correctly your pstv (i.e it intercepts a message and write in it a false fw version, so your pstv thinks it s at the correct fw version). I doubt charles do that but i may be wrong.

once the fw check is done, psvt should stop doing it until you reboot it. if check is done without the spoof trick it memorizes that it needs to update in ram until you reboot it

so, as a safety method, except for the game update phase, after a reboot always go to content manager and reach the screen that allows you the choice pc -> vita system or vita system -> pc and see in vita blocker 1.2 screen that it spoofed your fw version
after the game update finished, immediately change network settings to reuse again vita blocker 1.2

you don t need to do smoke hack if you are stuck with 'dev licence could not be confirmed'
you should just focus on using the 4+2 attachments (the last 2 are only valid for 24 hours, reask their eml daily and check for useless blank lines inside) and then checking if you get the message 'there is no contents'

then you replace that message 'there is no contents' with 0000 et vitadefilerclient by using smoke hack

Thank you for your help. It doesn't seem like many ppl tried to install Rejunivate on PSTV3.51 without help of a PSVita.

I don't think my issues are Proxy-related. My charles-proxy setup does exactly the same things like PSVitaUpdateBlocker. And Im very sure that PSVUBv1.2 doesn't work with PSTV3.51. The same binary works for my 3.52Vita without problems. Its definitely not firewall-related. My PSTV has a 10.0.1.16/26 address while the PSV has a 10.0.1.12/26. They have both the same network-settings. However like I said, it doesn't matter if it works or not, my charles-setup is working fine. Im redirecting the psp2updatelist.xml to a local webserver. The other traffic is going out.

I read somewhere that its normal to get the Update-message in the Unity-dev-app so this is not a problem.
It seems that for a reason the 4+2 attachments-Method does not work for me and I need to find out why. And you are really sure that those 2 Mails are activating the dev-license inside the Unity-App, yes?
Because I don't know what to do then. All eml-tricks work with the Thunderbird-Gmail combination, except for this one.
Im not pretty sure what you mean with "edit the EML-Files " because the EMLs in the ZIP-File I got should be fine (why else should SMOKE or anyone pack them in, if you have to edit them beforehand). After Sending it to your mail-provider you can't hex-edit them anymore. You would have to download the mail as eml and edit it and upload it again; but that would obviously won't work if the mail provider is filtering/modify things.

Maybe its a region-issue? I have an EU-Acc and a UK-PSTV. It was bundled with a PS4. I really don't know what's going wrong.-.

yes the eml in zip is fine

but the ones sent by wololo or hackinformer can be damaged thru isps serveurs

i had to give up using gmail and hotmail because of that

i use a ovh mailbox that allow me to not have to fix anything in them

i gave up on pstv 3.36 for now

the good thing is that you are <3.52 which means ps dev assistant for unity can at least start

wise thing to do is to not upgrade and wait for better versions to be released in the future

i guess not everything is understood on how pstv differs from psvita yet

my best guess is that a homebrew will appear later for psvita able to produce a sd card ready to use on pstv
and that some shop will just sell then to people owning only a pstv

You guys do know that there are two steps to installing PSM+ right?
You're getting message saying license couldn't be confirmed because you didn't do the second step.

The first step is the page where you entered the device name and the license files were downloaded inside a zip (contains .seed .kdev etc.)

Now, for the second step, on the main PSM+ page, go to "I have used PSM+ before and need to refresh my license"
There, you enter just your email, and write a few files to your vita / pstv
This is also the step that you need to do daily when you use it.

Yeah thats the "4+2 Mail-attachment"-thing that wonre tried to explain. You'll get the mail with 4 attachments(+zip) when you click on the "I am using PSM+ for the first time and need a license"-link.
The mail with the 2 attachments is that 2nd step ("I have used PSM+ before and need to refresh my license").

For me its not working. Im using gmail+Thunderbird.

Maybe you can provide me a better combination. Hotmail and tempmails are not working. Yahoo does the same as gmail -> Its not working for me.
I would use postfix+courier on a local server when somebody could provide me a hint how I have to configure the filter-machanics for postfix. It deletes "/" from my attachment-names, thus not working when trying to send it. :(

EDIT: Thank for everything. It works perfectly now :) I tried a different mailprovider and the mails worked immediatly :D The rest of the setup was a piece of cake. Vitadefiler works and I managed to run the hello-world. Now I need to recompile the VitaFTP-App for Unity :D
