Why all the dev wiht the emu port..it's so boring.. why don't do real app and innovative app or useless app.. i want to ask if is possible a pdf reader... with the psp emu the quality is so bad( bookr homebrew)..it's so complicated a pdf reader with rejuvenate?

Because you are one of the only people who want something else. The vita is a gaming console, thats why emulators are being ported to a gaming console. You can read PDF's using the built in Vita browser, and at the moment, if you want a home-brew to be on the vita, you should code it yourself. Don't think that people will do work that takes hours just because you want it done.
