PSM+ issue

Hi men,
i finally received my new USB cable for PSVITA and i want to start porting my LUA Interpreter to Rejuvenate but i'm encountering a problem with PSM+.

Every time i try to access it i get this error:

Sorry, try to login again, try another browser, try to reload the page, or contact the admin if you think you should be able to see this page

What's wrong?

I tried to switch from Firefox to Chrome but nothing changed.

Same here sadly, when I go to "I am using PSM+ for the first time and need a license" I received this message "Sorry, try to login again, try another browser, try to reload the page, or contact the admin if you think you should be able to see this page". Any help would be appreciated.

I just tried again and it is working fine on Edge Browser Windows 10.

Solved using my laptop, don't know why but it not worked with my desktop pc.

EDIT: I'm having another issue while setting up rejuvenate.
I'm trying to generate the PSM+ license but when i try to open the PSM Dev Assistent for Unity on PSVITA i get an error saying i need to update the app and when i try to update it, i get a mandatory firmware update alert.
How can i solve it? (P.S. I'm on 3.18 FW)

Use the psm unity 1.05 update .pkg, install it via package manager.

I can't find a working download link, the only one i found (MEGA.co.nz) is now invalid.

Found it but now when i try to install it with PKG Installer i get C0-14478-4 (The one you get when you try to install a NO DRM-FREE content).

It might not be the correct pkg. Both psm unity and the update are DRM free.
