[Solved] What is the step I'm missing compling for PSM Unity

What I have done is

1. Installed devkitARM-r44.
2. Installed lastest psp2sdk from wololo.net daily builds.
3. Git cloned vita_portlibs, vita2dlib, psplib4vita and built them all from scratch.
4. Git clone NES4Vita and everything built without problems.

On rejuventate_3.1, Everything installed fine and able to run the hello_world.elf provided in the Rejuvenate.

But when I try to run the elf that I built, I get the C1-XXXX (can't remember the exact value) error.

Built SNES9xNextVita, and also getting the same error.

What is the step I am missing?

I had asked Ezio on Twitter who had created working builds for PSM Unity and the problem was in the latest psp2sdk. He mentions to use an older version. Link to Ezio https://twitter.com/Ezio_PS/status/630786796750807044
