I do not nor did I ever have a dev liscene. I did sign up but never got the approved message. can I install rejuvenate with just the psm dev app or do I need to wait for the unity port? I have both the psm dev and psm dev for unity apps installed on my vita

Set up PSM+ on your PSM dev app and then you should be able to use Rejuvenate.
The only hurdle that makes people wait for Unity is that non-Unity has DRM which means if you didn't install it before, you're stuck. (Or they have a PSTV which is its own issue)

Yeah my understanding is the port wont have any additional features so is really just for people on 3.18/3.20 who didn't get the app onto their vita before it was removed or people on 3.30-3.51.

PSM dev app with PSM+ works now.

Since you got both why not just get PSM+ for the normal one now and wait for Unity to be released.

From my understanding Unity has slight advantages compared to the original such as WiFi, meaning you don't need the cable all the time so while it won't have additional features it is less restrictive than how it is now.

Depending on how complex the info sent over WiFi is, I may try to port it to android when it comes around.

That would be cool. It's not very complicated, but it depends on Mono, so if you can run Mono on a networked device, it will work (for the exploit). Installing the package still requires WIndows and USB.
