Vita's CPU is 444 mhz, was confirmed by Yifan Lu.

On top of that -- it's 333MHz by default. It's only 444MHz if you explicitly make the call to set the clock speed.

Is there a version that was compiled for unity psm? The elf posted in the thread seem to not work with rejuvenate 0.3.1 and unity psm.

And how do you do that?
Also, is it something possible on psm unity only?

Hmm, It seems that neither this nor other version of doom are working for me. I'm using PSM for Unity, other homebrews seem to be working, well at least sometimes, but when I try to run doom elf file, whole process crashes. I think i placed wad files correctly so I'm not sure what is causing this problem
Also I'm not a programmer so I'm not sure if this is helpfull but program execution seems to stop at this point
