do you have a license?
if you don't - you have to use psm+ it is in beta now. don't worry. it will be announced on homepage of wololo, i'm sure.
if you do have a license from s0ny then the errors could mean a few things. make sure you do everything step by step.
look for two tutorials. check both. and read the readme. good luck!
