I've just released the first WIP version of my port of Snes9xNext to the Vita. As of now, it is extremely barebones, and I've only tested it with NTSC ROMs.

https://github.com/skogaby/Snes9xNextVITA Source Code
http://www.mediafire.com/download/djjdr ... _fixup.rar ELF Download

Current features:
* Graphics!
* Sound!
* Input!

Currently lacking:
* Once you select a ROM, you can't back out and re-select a new one yet
* Emulator doesn't run at fullspeed
* Saving doesn't work
* Analog sticks don't work
* Probably a lot of other stuff

As I said, it's very much a work-in-progress. Please feel free to give it a whirl, though!
Tried it, and it was pretty awesome! I was playing Chrono Trigger: Crimson Echos, and it ran at about 45 fps. 35 on the world map. If the audio didn't sound so chunky, those fps would be fine.

Keep up the great work! :D

Looks like you might've missed Snes9xNextVITA :)

Here's a new link, though. I just released a new version: http://www.mediafire.com/download/fvfcw ... _fixup.elf

New features:
* In-game save support
* Left analog stick support

So where do you put the ROMS? I'm trying the SNES emulator, and I have no idea where to put them... I get the emulator running, but I'm searching through the vita for the roms right? Or the PC's folder? Because they're nowhere. Not sure where to put the rom files.

Use FTPVita to put the ROMs on your Vita. It doesn't particularly matter what folder, the file browser will let you load them when you boot the emulator. There's currently no way to exit the game once you pick one and pick a new one, that's the next planned feature.

Another new mGBA alpha, now with a simple menu for browsing files.
That said, I've finished up a new alpha of mGBA Vita which has a file selector! More coming later, but for now: https://endrift.com/files/mGBA-Vita-alpha03.velf

endrift was rambling on twitter shortly before about reproducible kernel panics on the Vita so uh...might want to be a bit careful with this build.

Maybe it was because I have a large library of SNES ROMs, but when I started the homebrew and went into the folder I created for SNES games, PSM crashed.
