Seems ROM loading is a bit broken on the build I got from here, keeps locking up at "[Vita] Checksum:"
At least Mario Land works so far. :)

Edit: Ah cool, with the newer build all the other roms seem to load now as well. :)
Maybe it's just me, but the palette seems scr..ed up. I played a bit of Oracle of Ages and found the colors to be all wrong. I'm not all that upset, though, the native Vita homebrew scene just started, so it's only natural that the first released homebrews aren't going to run perfectly.

It's not you, it's the emulator itself, the homebrew apparently emulates the Gameboy *only*, although it is stated that it does support the Gameboy Color that it should, a tad bit weird, I'll report it to xerpi or somebody else could do it for the sake of everyone :), or it doesn't recognize roms as a 'Gameboy Color' game.

My basis?... Run Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Duel Stories and you'll see :D

How exactly do I run the emulators? I thought I'd get an elf file from them but that isn't the case.

I'm trying to run the NES emulator, don't know what to do with the files.

You must run through Rejuvenate.
The emulators/homebrew listed in Published section have the elf file available, use google to find it.
Changed!

I found the elfs. Now it's really easy to know what to do. Thanks guys.

Tested the GBC emulator with Oracle of Ages and Shantae. They all apeared to run at full speed, no noticeable framedrops. Though they had some graphic errors and a huge lot of audio messups. Still pretty impressive that it runs so fine.

I am eager to test the GBA Emu. Hope it doesn't take too long.

I have tested these games so far:

King of Fighters Battle de Paradise - It seems to run almost perfectly, even some sound effects work.

Bust-A-Move Pocket - The game starts and you can access the start screen without problems, but after that the graphics become messed up and it ends in a black or red screen

Metal Slug 1st Mission - Pretty much the same as above.

Cool Boarders Pocket - The game starts, you can even start a race, but after a few seconds the graphics become completely messed up. Unlike Bust-A-Move and Metal Slug you can still play the game though.

These games don't start at all:
Sonic Pocket Adventure
SNK vs. Capcom - Match of the Millennium
Big Bang Pro Wrestling
Gals Fighters
