Extract the downloaded archive?

Hi all,

I am a bit baffled by this step:

9 - Extract the downloaded archive

Which archive? Where was I supposed to download it? Is it on the PC, or is it on the Vita?

That's not the archive hes talking about.. He means the one that comes with the PSM+ exploit after you do step 5. Once you do step 5 save that file, its the one they are talki g about in step 9.
