[OPEN] Bluetooth Audio

I have a 1000 Vita on 3.60 with Henkaku. I recently bought bluetooth earbuds, however they don't work. It cuts in an out very quickly, like it is turning on and off. The buds in question are skullcandy jibs. Through some googling I read that the Vita just has issues with bluetooth, however having them connected also prevents me from running games that require higher than 3.60, which I can usually run otherwise. Just wondering if this is a known issue, and if it is if it has to do with henkaku, and if there is a way to fix it. Thanks.
