[CLOSED] Error E-80558325 trying to download game from shop (HENkaku installed)

Long story short, I am trying to download a game from the ps store on my 3.60 vita using HENkaku, and I was able to sign in, add ps points, and purchase the game, but when I tried to download the game, I got this error message. I get the error whether I have PSN spoofing turned on or off. Am I missing something here? Is there anything I can do?

EDIT: I just transferred from PS3. I didn't need to sign in and it worked great. If you see this and have a working PS3, try that. If not, I can't help you sadly. The PS3 doesn't need anything special installed or be on old firmware or anything.

If you have activated games on your console (PSN settings), then you can try ePSP Bubble Installer v2.0 to install a bubble (minis).
If games aren't activated you can try the ReStore/ReNpDrm plugins to activate it.
Haven't tried it yet since I'm still waiting on a Vita memory card.

Well the reason I'm trying to download a game in the first place is because I'm trying to install ARK on a different vita running 3.63, but I can't sign in on that one without updating, which means I can't download from the store. Installing ARK requires a mini/psp/psOneClassics bubble. Someone said that he was able to download a game from a HENkaku vita, cancel the download halfway through, then insert the memory card into the other vita and resume the download. So idk if using ePSP would help in this case. I guess I could try getting a bubble through ePSP and transferring it over through CMA to the other vita. I'll need to look up how to install ePSP though.

Well, if you can get ePSP Bubble Installer (Vita homebrew) to install the minis bubble, you can use that as the base game for running ARK pboot bubbles. Then you can use psvimgtools to decrypt the cma backup and put it onto the 3.63 Vita.
You can also try running ARK Fast vpk installer.
You need to have games activated before running the bubble installers.

What does activating the game mean exactly? I'm a bit new to all this, sry. Does that just mean I need to run the game once, or is it more involved?

The official method for activating games is under Settings app > PlayStation Network > System Activation. But it doesn't work anymore on 3.60. So you'll need to try the ReStore/ReNpDrm plugin method, but I don't know if it still works.
