Help with formated MC on 3.60Enso

So i formated my memory card on my PSVita 1K And i cant reinstall molecule shell or vitashell as i dont have any VPK Installer. i tried henkaku web xploit but since i have enso installed it says that is started, any suggestions? please any help wouldbe greatful seems i have fked up a bit
