SEGA Saturn Emulation on Vita

Post by ANU815 »

What are the chances we will convince an emulation dev to try and port or build a stable emulator for SEGA Saturn? Last year someone finally released an android version of yabause. I’d love to see a native Vita version or retro arch version that works. For years I’ve wanted nothing more than to play all 3 translated Shining Force 3 games on a portable. I want to try and generate support in this thread. I’d even be willing to try and help with a bounty or some other fund raiser/challenge.

You can focus on the RetroArch simulator. One of the emulators is called yabause. It is Sega Saturn simulator. It is not mature yet, but it will be updated all the time. The RetroArch simulator also contains a lot of simulation of the game machine. :D
