HENkaku Menu dissappeared

Hello i have a little problem my Vita is on 3.60 Enso + SD2Vita. Everything works Homebrew and Games starts fine.
But this Menu i had before dissappeared:

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Reinstall? I'll be honest here that menu is gone for me as well but I never bothered to try and fix it since I don't need to change anything in there. :/
