[Open]PSTV Won't connect to PC

Hi, I am trying to whitelist my PSTV. I have opened the ports 9309 on my router and my fire wall. I have installed the official CMA and the Q---- one. It can't connect to my PC(Win 7 64) with either. I have tried using both Wi-Fi and direct modem connection.

The PSTV is currently using 3.65 and doesn't have a memory card. It passes the connection test and can load website on the web browser. So, the device is connected to my network.
Can anyone think of anything I might be forgetting? I've even rebooted my PC and ran the CMA with administrator. However, this did not work
Also, does the white list hack work on 3.67? As, all I want to do is white list it.
