Infinite Health and Ammo codes for Resistance Burning Skies

Hi,
Does anybody have unlimited HP and Ammo codes for this game? Or can anybody help me make them? Or does Vosman have a cheat device/trainer for this game?
I'm kinda new to this kind of thing, so simple plain English would be immensely appreciated

I've gotten as far as installing GoHanmem.suprx plugin and am able to bring up the cheat menu in game, but I have no idea what codes to use or how/where to use them.
