PS Vita advice

Hello everyone,

I got a PS vita, model PCH-1004, OLED/WiFi version, with firmware 3.15 (rare???) on it. I see alot of information upon hacks, etc, but im a PS noob

If you guy could give me advice upon:
What should i do with the firmware? upgrade to 3.60? or leave it on 3.15?
What can i do with 3.15? hacks , etc?
If selling this handheld at what pricetag should i think of?
Anything i forgotten about...?

Update it to 3.60 NOT PAST THAT VERSION . Backup ur activation files and thats all . The rest is up to you
