Need help producing PCB board for Vita

So I noticed Yifan Lu made some neat boards for the vita but unfortunately they are all sold out so I figured I would get some made for me. Problem is I know where the files are but I'm not to sure which ones are the Gerber files and which ones are the most up to date. Can someone point me in the right direction?
