Problem GBA Emulator (GPS emu: GBA) to HRK (3.63)

I regret that my English is not completely fluent. I am not from the region and it costs me a little to express myself.

I installed the ARK bubble for ps vita 3.63, downloaded the emulator for Game Voy Advanced that runs on this and most webs (gps for vita), the problem is that when adding certain "ROOMS", the emulator does not read them . Exploring I discovered that the problem lies in the file: "game_config.txt", since the database is limited and is not valid for all games.
Could someone help me to update this document, according to the games I want? Thank you very much.
PS: I understand that who developed the emulator, focused on the games in the US region. (in English)
The games I want to add, are from the region of EUROPE., Mainly games in Spanish or games traduced's.
PS: I can deliver the complete list of GBA rooms if necessary.
