Updating Vita

Hi everyone I've been out of the scene for at least 3 years but I have the first model Vita with the oled screen and I'm on 3.18 with the exploit talkman Tokyo for my psp/ps1 and emulators. I saw a video about henkaku looks cool because I really want to use my Vita with PS4 remote play. So looks like I need to update to 3.6. If anyone can help me update that would be great but would I lose all of my psp/PS1 and emulators I already have installed? Thank you!
