[OPEN] Need help re-flashing 3.60

I'm trying to reflash 3.60 on my vita via USB on my PC and I'm having trouble. I'm trying to use the technique that "The Zett" posted a while back. In his video tutorial "The Zett" connects to a personal server he has set up on zload.net and I'm just using qcma and a modified xml file on my pc. I can get the vita to recognize the 3.60OFW as a new firmware, then the progress bar appears with the word "preparing" above it after short period of time it then says it could not connect to the pc. I'm trying to do this because after accidentally reseting my vita the X and O buttons stop working once an app has launched. Thanks in advance for any help.

Pretty sure you can't do that....

follow this.. but use safe mode instead of the normal settings app
