Brothers both got vitas, im the only one with the dev app, can i log into theirs and get them the dev app? And will this affect me negatively in any way?

It'll only run if you link your account to their Vitas though. If you link your account, back up PSM DEV using QCMA and then restore it onto their vitas it'll work.

The Dev Assistant app is tied to your account. If all the vitas have the same account that the Dev Assistant is on, then copy the app to the other devices with qcma or open cma.
