.. The folder that contains hello_world and all. Also make sure your folder is not named with spaces... like_ ... just a name like... vita not V ita or V_ita.

I got it working by starting a CMD prompt as admin then running "setx MSBUILDENABLEALLPROPERTYFUNCTIONS 1".
