Really can use some advice on on 3.35 playstation tv.

I just picked up the 3.35 ps tv from best buy and I read through some guide:

I know my first step is to activate the ps tv without update the firmware and get the expolit game. On the guide it say:
Set up your Vita TV as usual, setting it up with your PSN account, but not updating it. It's probably safest to disable automatic downloading of firmware updates while the network cable's unplugged

When i try to setup psn on the ps tv, it require me to go online for it. I am not sure where so the disable automatic downloading of firmware updates while the network cable's unplugged work.

And how exactly do i transfer game from the ps3 to the vita tv. I have the following to made this work. Updated ps3, updated vita and pc. There are so many conflict report on what work and what doesn't i am not sure how to start

As for expoilt game, should i get Arcade darts, pataon 2 or ape escape?

I google what I can but still have issue. I ask for help on general forum too but i got hit with, go to google.

I use ape escape on my 3.35 playstation tv and it works great! I previously used pool hall pro and it worked, but I always needed to have my psp running to start the exploit (I never could figure out how to get custom bubbles working).

As for the other stuff, I cant remember exactly how I did it. One thing that I am sure of is you will need vitaupdateblocker to connect to your playstatoin 3 without updating. You will also need qcma to transfer psp files to your vita tv eventually.

Use reset defaults and when you are in the setup screen sign in with your psn without internet
