Is there any problem with wololo PSM+ daily refresh?

I did not access the wololo PSM+ refresh daily license for serveral days. I try to send my refresh license just now and I'm not getting any emails. Is it just my problem or is there something wrong with the website?
I tried going into gmail webpage, through thunderbird and vita email client, but none of them shows the email.
Please let me know if it is still working for you.
