Vita 3.18 with Exploit and TN-V... How to get Rejuvenate?

Hello, I got my 3.18 Vita and want to install Rejuvenate. I am really lost here, what to do to install Dev assistant and everything. Anybody is willing to help me out here?

hi ,first you need dev asistant for it use the web habilitated for it
you will recibe a mail which you need open with Maill app
later search unity and update for this
you could instal with qcmai
