PSVPAD ps vita as pc controller (HELP)

Hello! As seen on this youtube video, it's possible to use ps vita as a controller.. I'm writing this post because I need help making this work. I am at the last step of the process, I did everything to make this work.. the simulation of the app in PSM Studio works perfectly, but when I try to lunch PSVPAD app on my vita with PSM Dev, it makes error 80010020. Anyone can help? Thanks!

PS: Everything to make it work it free, except if you want to use Connectify legally while having antivirus firewall.
