My silver slim is missing two prongs in the back where the disc tray normally pushes them down, those are gone so its basically like the disc tray is always getting the message that the tray is open when it isnt. Is there a way to fix that?

You could try blocking all the sensors but then it would think its always closed but hey its better then the other way around :/

or you can buy a replacement, it shouldn't be so expensive
