The Third Birthday on PS3

Hey guyz
i just used PSP2PS3 app to convert the third birthday , so i can play it on PS3
however the game come up ok , but the demos , movies etc on the game are just black screen , however i can hear the sound playing on background , the game starts ok , tou it have some lag , so any idea what should i do to fix this ?
