BO2 Modding tool modifies the eboot of the game to add cheats like god mode, unlimited clip etc.
It works on multiplayer and zombie mode too.
But you need the cleaned files in order to use it, just use google.

PS_Unban unbans your ps3 **NOT YOUR ACCOUNT** in order to connect to PSN if you have previously been banned.
I'd use it, but I'm too lazy to make a new PSN account
