The deadline is soon (may 29th).
If you have submitted your entry recently but still didn't hear from us, please don't worry, we are still processing new entries, and we will probably do so even after the 29th, we will of course accept/reject your entry based on when you posted it, not based on when we review it.
If your thread is locked and you believe you haven't heard from us, please contact me or npt by PM asap. A locked thread means that the entry is rejected, but in most cases we are willing to solve the issue with you.
The official list of accepted entries is here: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=3030. We are still updating it, adding new entries.
If your homebrew is not there but you believe it should be, or if the link to your homebrew thread is incorrect, please contact me or npt asap. If you submitted your homebrew recently, please read the paragraph above, before contacting us.
Once the deadline is reached, we will create a package of all the latest entries, that will be sent to the judges and the sponsors. If, in this process, we find that your entry is not following the rules, we might end up rejecting it. This is why it is important that the first post in your entry's thread contains a clear link to the latest version of your homebrew, the one that you want us to judge. This version has to follow the rules of the contest (don't forget the splash screen). If your entry has been accepted a while ago, and you didn't update it since that time, there's nothing to worry about.
Again, if we find something wrong, we will do our best to contact you and solve the issue
There are many entries in this contest, so judging will take some time. Additionally, some of our sponsors will held their own judging on their forums, etc... we (npt and myself) don't control the schedule of all the sponsors' prizes.
In other words, please be patient as we judge your entries
I will probably say it again, but I am amazed at the quality of the entries we've received, this is the best contest ever
