New rule regarding WIP threads

WIP (aka Work In Progress) threads are popping up everywhere. Even though we think it's nice that you show your current work so far, we've decided to make some clear rules regarding those threads.
One of the reasons for our decisions is that we do not like vaporware and troll threads. From now on, the moderator team reserves the right to lock WIP threads, unless there is some significant progress (e.g. a beta download, ect) to be posted. Some current existing threads might get locked.

The rule:

-Avoid creating work in progress (or W.I.P.) topics unless there is significant progress (e.g. a beta download, etc.) to be posted. The mod team reserve the right to lock such topics. We don't like vaporware.

I think he means if you have added some new features/fixed bugs.
