Yup. That's what Ezoic does. They change around the entire layout of the page to better monetize it (i.e. get you to click on the ads). There are better solutions that only optimize the ads and don;t touch the content. Much more user friendly.

Someone note a bug at the mainpage. If replies going page2 all older comments get hidden exception first 2 comments. That´s since a while!

Edit: most likely related to an outdated browser are its plugins.

Hover your mouse to the "FORUM" bubble on the website banner, and pick an option. Next to the page numbers on the top, you will see "Mark Topics Read". Is this what you're looking for?

Forum still looks pretty unorganized and unintuitive on mobile.
