Eh sounds like they disappear as fast as they go up, shouldn't matter either way fate, the registered users or people who follow the site in general would surely be the first to use them. Only way anyone would manage would be purely by chance or by running an elaborate set of computers to check every site every for giveaways.

Doesn't affect me anyway being in New Zealand. lol.
