Monthly tutorial contest: $60 to win each month

Important update: As of January 2017, I have decided to put the Tutorial contest on hold. This is mostly because I haven't had the required time to manage this contest properly (this means promoting it, ensuring people are appropriately rewarded for their effort, reviewing entries that are submitted, etc...).

The original post can be found below for reference:

=================================

Hey everyone, every month we will be having a tutorial contest with Amazon.com Gift codes to win for the best tutorial. It's fairly simple, each month, the author of the best Tutorials for each one of our favorite consoles will receive a Gift Code. The rules can be found in the links below:

2016/11-12 (November/December)

Wait, that's only $50??? Yes, in addition to that, the moderators and myself will choose each month our personal favorite, and that one will also get a $10 Amazon code (it can potentially be one of the winners already, meaning there's a chance one tutorial gets you $20) :)

The tutorials must be original work (not previously published on another website), but do not necessarily have to be hacking related: they can be on any topic as long as they are related to our beloved consoles.
Good luck, and have fun! :)

awesome, I'm gonna try to win this so I can buy GTA 5 or something.

edit: wait, can I participate? it says mods will review the tutorials, but I ain't reviewing my own tutorials, I'm not that greedy.

Yes, that's ok, mods review if the tutorial follows the rules, but the vote itself will be community driven, so there shouldn't be any "mod" bias

If I am not mistaken, that guide was published on another site first, which is directly against the rules, so the answer would be no.

That being said, you can participate with as many guides as you want, as long as they follow the rules!
