As for a Q&A subforum, the General subforum for each console/platform serves as one. Otherwise, you can post in the Off-topic subforum, and if necessary, someone of the friendly moderators crew such as myself will move it for you.
No, there isn't a ninja release waiting list application thread. As before, it is revealed to all members that have no warnings. The ones registered earlier get the information earlier, the ones registered later get it just before the official release.
