Re: Finally... some Christmas cheer!

Just pushed v1.0.3. No major changes, but you can now use all 0x5D tags for EBOOT.BIN signing and the OPNSSMP encryption is now fixed (the resulting file is encrypted with the right key). Also, I've isolated all MinGW dependent values which were causing issues when compiling under native Linux. I've...

Re: Finally... some Christmas cheer!

I've only been testing on my psp just for err testing purposes BEFORE moving the eboot to vita seeing as it's less of a pain in the **** to move stuff to and from psp. But so its just been a pain in the **** anyway. Is the error i keep getting (80020148) due to the eboot/iso NOT using the fixed key...

Re: PS1 Loader and Eboot with CDDA Problem -> No Music

Can any kind soul compile this for me for windows https://github.com/AKuHAK/psxtract/ this is a fork of psxtract which also outputs raw audio tracks for psn CDDA games. maybe some of us can help identify the codec/compression. I actually merged AKuHAK's changes into the main repo. I'm going to add ...

Re: Finally... some Christmas cheer!

Hi all, thanks a lot for testing the tool! :) It seems that it's producing mixed results though. A few notes: - If you're trying to run the EBOOTs on a PSP with OFW (@Shadowtrance and @Kaliki) always use the fixed key (0). The PSP accepts the 0x3 flag so there's no need to use any other game's key. ...

Re: Finally... some Christmas cheer!

Just pushed version 1.0.2. The file size issue should be fixed now, as well as a lot of other bugs.
I've also added the ability to add your own custom boot logos and OPNSSMP modules (not very useful for now).

Thank you for testing! :)

Re: Finally... some Christmas cheer!

btw, Hykem, I'm not sure exactly how the version key should be placed in the input, but I couldn't get it to use the provided version key, so I had to modify the source to manually provide the version key, otherwise it would be signed with the fixed key (0x01000003). Sorry about that, there was a b...

Re: Finally... some Christmas cheer!

Oh right, sorry, I forgot to mention one important detail. The Vita's pspemu doesn't allow loading fixed key signed EBOOTs (which use the flag 0x10000003). You need to grab the RIF key from an already installed PSN game and sign your ISO with it. Using npdpc you can get the key in the "version_key....

Re: Finally... some Christmas cheer!

not sure if it's just me, but it just gets kicked back out to the live area on the Vita, works fine on OFW PSP though. Oh right, sorry, I forgot to mention one important detail. Here it is, sign_np: https://github.com/Hykem/sign_np You can find the binary under "releases": https://github.com/Hykem/sign_np/releases This tool combines tpunix's original code with Proxima's findings and documentation. It makes use of the kirk-engine to generate real signed PSN PBP images. You c...

Yeah that's normal, I've seen them too. I'm pretty sure the key is the same though.
