Re: [eCFW][VHBL]Snes9xTYLcm (mecm without me) 0.4.2 Mod Rev.

Does anyone know if games like Donkey Kong Country and Terranigma run at playable speeds now? I used to be able to run Terranigma well if I disabled transparencies but sooner or later I'd hit another wall of slowdown.

Re: Any news about psx sound?

I have the Uno exploit, I forget what the firmware is as I haven't used the Vita in a while. I have plenty of emulators and PSP games on it though so I'm guessing I'm good to go. Thanks for checking sir!

Re: * How close is actual psvita hacking?

That's some serious logic there. How did you come up with it? I mean, really, this makes no sense: the PS3 was for a very long time a hack-free console, and then it was hacked. I meant the Vita itself is done, finished. I wasn't talking about hacking at all. I realize now it's a little confusing co...

Re: * How close is actual psvita hacking?

I think the Vita's window closed some time ago. It has been out for a YEAR and three months. If it were a console I would give it the benefit of the doubt but as a HANDHELD, I think it's done. It might have resonated with PSP owners banking on its emulation potential (this is me) and it could find a...

Re: Any news about psx sound?

I cannot wait for this! I was one of the unlucky folks to get two used PSPs and oh boy...I must have changed their parts more than a dozen times (I had a particularly rough time with the PSP2000's analog) and after doing it so many times, I just gave up and locked the damned things away. PSX emulati...

Re: How come my laptop can run a ps2 emulator but my Vita ca

The Vita looks more than capable of this but it's up to Sony to make it so. Here's hoping they announce something regarding PS2 emulation on the Vita on the 20th.

Re: Ps2 Emlutator

A PS2 emulator for the Vita would be huge. Didn't Sony issue a call for engineers familiar with the PS2's architecture a while ago? Here's hoping it wasn't related to the PS4.

You try emulating PSX games on a PC with the same specs as the PSP and then revisit your reasoning again.

Can't run PSPfiler etc.

I have the latest exploit and isos work fine but I'm having trouble with software like PSPfiler, PSP FTP, PSPlorer. I choose to unpack them from the menu and after the extraction nothing happens. What am I missing? Thanks!
