There's three ISO drivers inside ARK but only one is used (inferno). Later versions of ARK were to support other drivers but development stalled due to several reasons.

There's two possibilities here, either a 3.60 pspemu kernel exploit, or use henkaku to downgrade pspemu.

That means your vita tv somehow got deactivated, it can only be solved by updating the firmware or using a ps3.
