Re: [RELEASE] remaPSV - Remap plugin for PSVITA

Does the game actually uses the buttons you want to remap? (On PSTV not every game uses the proper function to detect the full controller controls spectrum.) I can actually try to make an experimental plugin to check this. It should be "relatively" simple to swap the function used in this case to e...

Re: [RELEASE] remaPSV - Remap plugin for PSVITA

Hi!

I tried this with WRC3 Rally on my PSTV - I wanted to remap the ingame buttons L1/R1 with the controllers L2/R2 buttons.
Somehow I can't get it working.

Is the first L1 in the config the controller and the L1 on the right side the in-game button?

Any idea?
Thanks.

Is the skybox not rendered properly for you too on level 3?

Re: [RELEASE] vitaRTCW - Return to Castle Wolfenstein port

It is working now!
I used the plain cfg from your download now.

I did some settings in my old cfg trying to get rid of the loading error with the previous version.
So good to know the cfg mustn't be changed :)

Re: [RELEASE] vitaRTCW - Return to Castle Wolfenstein port

This build should have the transition from level 2 to level 3 fixed (as well as cutscenes playback). Can you confirm it? (Place the eboot.bin file in ux0:app/RTCW00001) https://rinnegatamante.it/rtcw_fix.zip Intro is playing :) But game still crashes when exiting level 2 and loading level 3 :( Erro...

It seems to be an issue related to some jpg file loading. Can you check if loading the save on PC iortcw, progressing till level start, taking a save and then loading it on Vita fixes the crash?
Hmm, then this happens...

Re: [RELEASE] vitaRTCW - Return to Castle Wolfenstein port

Usually that error happens when the engine runs out of mem (it can happen if you, for example, load a new game, exit back to main menu and try to start a brand new game. It seems like engine doesn't fully clean texture cache causing this issue). However i didn't have any problem moving to second le...

Re: [RELEASE] vitaRTCW - Return to Castle Wolfenstein port

The skybox issue is caused by fogging being turned off. Skybox being rendered that way is normal in classic RTCW too but is "masked" by fogging. To implement fogging, i should move to custom shaders to not branch even more vitaGL standard shaders (with subsequent performance degradation). As for th...

Re: [RELEASE] vitaRTCW - Return to Castle Wolfenstein port

Hi! Tried it yesterday, looks pretty good on the Vita :) I loved this game in the past! Switching to the lowest resolution has no significant impact on framerate for me... I also tried with some ingame settings... * Dynamic lights: works, framerate just drops 2 fps * Light map vertex: Graphics looks...
